*Users should be able to rate from 1-5 stars and add Tags

*Every gallery should show the rating, how many pics, how many times it has been viewed on first page. Take a look at [url removed, login to view] to see.

*When you fetching a URL, users should be able to add tags to it for search purposes.

*for advertisements, i need a 300px div on the right, a 728x90 in the header and maybe some in the footer

*on every gallery page theer should be a report button, for illegal/inappropriate materials

*maximum off 20 galleries upload per day per ip address

*per gallery upload the original url, IP address and hostname of uploader, timestamp etc should be saved in DB as well

Admin field -

*edit/delete images/galleries/tags

*edit advertisements

*ban users on ip to "upload" new galleries

*set minimum image size, say 800*600 or 480.000 pixels so an gallerie with images like 400*300 cant be uploaded.

!The page should be safe (offcourse), so it will be tested on sql injections, cross site scripting etc etc. The code should be open completely so we can add/change things ourselves, so nowhere any encryption like zend or ioncube etc
