Adult Tube Site (Chinese)

I am looking to build a tube aggregator that aggregates thumbnail links to streaming videos from several adult tube sites (similar to something like tubekitty). I really don't care if you use one of the many ready made templates out there (while adding the background that I want), as long as you get it working bug free and automated so that it automatically updates with links to new videos. I am looking to build this site in the Chinese language, both traditional and simplified. There is not much content on the site as it is, I will supply translations for the categories which is the main content. I would like it so that new links that are automatically added to the site pass through a google translate filter so that the short description shows in Chinese. I don't need an insane amount of work or some ultra dynamic custom template, the important thing is that you are comfortable with SEO as it relates to Asian search engines and that you are good with ad placement and have experience with adult ads and affiliates for maximizing monetization of the site. Serious bidders only. I will give the winner the domain name and access to my cpanel and let it go from there. I have been burned several times in the past, so payment will only be made after the site is complete and functional. And please nothing illegal or shady.
