Job is very simple and I would like it done within around 2 hours maximum.
I have a very simple Joomla template.

JOB-
I want 1 module position moved to another location in the template so we have a 3 column layout with content area in the middle.
I also want 2 new module positions created in the template.
1 replacing the chairs on top and 1 below the content text area.
I will provide FTP to the Joomla site/template on the server and show you the locations where I need the module positions moved/created in a clear screenshot.

If what you need is moving module positions from the backend it can be done for the budget you are talking about. Modifying the template in Dreamweaver and move things aroung will be closer to $100.
