Deviant style community for developers

The project will be to produce a deviant art style community (functionality wise). But there will be extreme differences. Deviant Art was the closest resemblance to the functionality to what we are after. There will be 3 types of users of the community. Paid subscribers (monthly dues) to be a part of the pool of developers. Then there will be the users, who pay a project based fee (10%) to post a project. Then the User will basically be able to go window shopping for their developer. This is where deviant art comes in. Each registered developer will have their own section to post their works. Kinda like a store in a mall. There will be sections and categories that the developer falls into to make browsing easier for the user. The third user will be just the casual surfer. They will be able to participate in a condensed area of the forum. The forum will serve as a support area and will be run by vbulletin. Of course there will need to be security in place login and log out. Along with access levels. Example would be a casual user cannot see the users works (or the mall as we call it). Nor get access to the messaging system or user profiles and such. Plus there will need to be Admins. It is a really involved project and more information will be given to the chosen bid. This project will also have a maturation process. Meaning things we failed to think will need to be implemented so the developer needs to be able to code for adjustments. Feel free to ask any quesstions necessary. All graphics and enhanced html will be handled by us.

Once again feel free to ask any questions necessary to facilitate a competitive bid.
