Block Internet Access at Certain Times

I need a program made for parents that will stop there children from accessing the internet after (or before) a certain time of the day. Parents will be able to choose which hours of which days internet access is allowed. The child may use the internet for an unlimated ammount of time while they are in there allowed hours. If internet access is not allowed I want it so it is very hard to get past, you could do this by change some registry settings for the internet and this way if the child found a way to terminate this program they still would not be able to access the internet, this is very important. Another thing is a anti clock tampering system so if the child puts the system time or date backwards (or forwards) Internet access is denied. To overide/close this program and allow internet access during a blocked time a password will be required wich would be encrypted in the registry. This is optional but if possible please could I have it so if the child goes on the internet at a blocked time rather that a "This page cannot be displayed" message comming up a piece of custom text comes up saying somthing like "You cannot use the internet at this time, see Dad if you need to use it" (they can pick what is says) Must be in Visual Basic 6 Thank You! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
