Adword Landing Page to sale Web Hosting

Design a landing page which can convert well using Adwords PPC (search). The landing page should tell about multiple hosting packages, hosting survey review etc. It can be a simple css based html page with popup information box. Try to imagine what a web hosting buyer think before they buy a hosting. Also the role of this site would be to redirect people to proper hosting package (external) as per their requirements. Any one experienced in designing Adword landing page can send me their proposal. I have designed multiple sites but I am not designing this because I would be investing money on this and I know a simple website with out proper strategy may not sell well.
