Enclosed is the dll with explanations of the methods needed. Also, enclosed is the jpg that will be used so you know what needs to be done. This was done in VB.net and needs to remain in VB.net. The purpose of the dll is so when someone clicks on the territory, it will know which one it goes to. Also, are methods for selecting the territories, taking over the territories and clearing the board for a new game. There is no need for anything other than what is described. The main part here is figuring out which territory is clicked, highlighting/unhighlighting, and showing which territories are taken with how many armies. Its up to my code to determine how many there are. There is a sample project provided. There is no changes needed for that. However, the sample is used so you will know if it works as expected. Let me know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables The compiled dll and the source code for it. ## Platform Windows XP Home Edition.
