create PDF and/or print from C# MONO

We need a set of 8 printer command lines that we can run from C# - MONO to create/print a PDF or to draw to a virtual printer (whatever solution you offer is OK, as long as it works). The solution must work on Windows and on Mac OS. e.g. PrLine X, Y, DrawWidth, LineColor would draw a line from position X to position Y with a specified pencil width and a specified pencil color The commands that we need and their properties are available in the attached Visual Basic 6 module. We are also send sample code and a sample result. You will deliver the following : - source code under C# or VB.NET that works under MONO 2.x and that runs on both platforms. - demo sample executable that runs on Mac and on Windows, and that creates the same sample as the one attached to this project When you bid on this project, please send a small demo.
