Ok, attached is a "DNIS allocation chart", that is basically a table of 1-800 numbers, and the script that is read when someone calls the number along with other info. We want to add this to our access database in such a way that we have a number of abilities. 1) store which 1-800 numbers correspond to which scripts. Every 800 number will have to link to a single script. No 800 number can have more than one, and no 800 number can be without one. 2) change which 800 numbers point to which script for any time in the future. If you open the Callaban file attached you'll see that we monitor these things by half hour blocks, and that's how script/800 number combinations should be changed. We need some interface that will enable us to choose any number of 800 numbers and change which script they are associated with starting at any half hour block in the future. 3) When a change is made, we'll need a report printed immediately that we can send as an order to make the actual changes at the call center (so if I changed 1800-123 to script 2, the last screen I see should be printable, and clearly show that change and when it is supposed to start). As a separate subsystem, we need to be able to summarize total calls into the switch (taken from the callaban file)for a date, by half hour block and by "marketing channel" (not by 800 number). I'm sure that there is some info missing from this, so please feel free to ask any questions you need before you make your bid. I will try to respond quickly, as I would like a solid bid for this very quickly. Any tables that need to be added to our access dbase will come from you, also whatever interface is needed. This can be a vb interface, or an access form/screen, whichever you decide, so long as it works. This is a small portion of a much larger reporting project, and I'll likely ask whoever does this to do the rest of it too.
