- written in VB - using MS ACCESS as database - mainly for students/members/ classes/ instructors/ stocks database - mainly interested in student/member attendance, student/member who qualifies for test/exam, fees, recept printout, stock update..in report preview/printout. - assuming a centre which have more than one kind of Martial Art classes (eg: ITF TKD, WTF TKD, GTF TKD, Judo, Hapkido, Kick Boxing, Aerobic). all under a few bosses (shareholders). - diffence schedule, classes, instructors, students/members. - some instructor not teaching in the centre/academy but they are belong to this centre just teaching at other location eg, schools. - all instructors must reported to the centre/academy. - login by Adminstrator/ Instructors/ Managers only (student are not allowed) suggested Features: (you may change) - keep track for students, classes, instructors, and stock records. - prompt the students-can take the test - prompt the students-fees not paid - prompt the students-bad attendance. - enable to load/unload logo, entering centre address, email & webiste at the 1st time installation only (maybe changing in the future) - have security login screen, username with password - username password setted by Administrator/Manager - submenu like administrator, instructor, student/member, reports, help, etc - standalone software/ network software which can link with others workstation in the future (or make it as future expansion) - add/edit/update/delete/ keep track of student/member record, instructor record, classes record, fees total for specifiy class, stock record, adminstrator... - report created. monthly/yearly...preview/print. - able to set/view/reminder for the class schedule or test date..... - help, simple guideline to guide user to use the software. - example: just simply click to view a student/member who has due the fees payment. - example: just simple click to view a student who are qualified to the test (mostly 2 months = one month 4 times training, or let user to set the test date is better) - possible to swicth user at login screen (eg: from TKD logout & login to Judo) - stock make it as sharing basis to update, the item can be named by user, able to view the total/report by item name (stock desc)anything to suggest? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
