Create email to folder service/server .net2

I need someone to build a email server that will accept incoming mail for a domain and put the message/attachement in a folder. I will want this to run as a windows service just like a mail server. I will want a ui for the admin of this to make new accounts like project1 (at) [login to view URL] and project2 (at) [login to view URL] . each valid incoming mail will be sent to a folder directory named by the email account like c:project1 and c:project2 etc.. The admin will be able to create, edit, delete accounts The system should have some log file that can be looked at to see any success or error messages from the mail server. any incoming mail will have attachements like [login to view URL] and we will store this file in the proper folder, we will also store the email file in some format like eml or msg...some method that is readable without a mail client. Im sure you see the idea after this description. This service will need to be strong and fail proof, we will want to be able to get lots of incoming mails with attachments and have them all stored on the file system.
