Complete onepad.net site featuring student housing

This project is the completion of <[login to view URL]> which is a site in VB.net which provides assistance to students to locate housing. I would like the coder to specify how much he thinks that he can complete but the goals for [login to view URL] to be met eventually are : 1) Provide not only region specific but school specific housing information. 2) Provide Google maps. 3) Allow users to add student housing information to the site. Included in this project I would like the coder to load a similar website (PHP) at [login to view URL] but this project is already completed (I will provide the code) and is only an apartment location site. Most coders need less than 10 minutes to get a website running when they have the code in hand. The reason for doing this is to try to find a way to move the apartment location data at [login to view URL] over to the VB.net site onepad.net. I realize that this is written in a confusing way but I want the coder first to know what [login to view URL] should eventually become and then look at the various steps to get there. The first of those steps I want to be the accumulation of data for apartments for rent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
