Want a Visual Basic ActiveX control created to send alpha/numeric messages to pagers. The control will allow multiple modem ports to be utilized for round robin execution and have two methods; one for numeric pager another for alpha text pagers.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Activex VB control to send an alpha or numeric page using TAPI 5) Allow for multiple modem usage (ie COM2, COM3, COM4, etc.) 6) Collect numbers to dial from control method 7) Invoke a separate process to execute the DIALing in order to allow the calling application to continue executing. 8) Sort numbers collected 9) Send multiple pages to the same phone number during one dial-up session to avoid redundant calling. 10) Provides the following "properties" to be set DebugMode (true/false) display window to view/follow execution CollectionTime (seconds) time to gather numbers before dialing beings RetryCount (number) number of times that number will be redialed. RetryDelay (seconds) amount of time before retries Status (number) method to return success/failure of paging. Speaker (on/off) Volume (off,low,medium,high) TraceFile (true/false) create trace file of pager called and results 11) Provides the following "methods" PagerCount returns the number of pages left to send ClearComPorts clears out all COM ports previously set AddComPort adds specific COM port to be used.
