Access Database Project

a. PART I: Create a Microsoft Access database with the following fields: · ID Number · Date Added · Last Name · First Name and Middle Initial · Address (2 lines) · City · State · ZIP Code · Telephone Number 1 · Telephone Number 2 · Fax Number · E-mail Address b. Index the database on the ID Number and Last Name + First Name, so that the database can be searched by ID or Name. c. Write a Visual Basic program that can add, update, and delete records in the Microsoft Access database. I would also like to have the "Search" command button programmed using SQL like select statemetns. In fact, please use as many SQL statements as possible. The database has to be Access 97 compatable and the connection used in VB6 is Microsoft Jet 3.51 OLE DB Provider.(Let me knwo if you have any questions. As I said earlier I do have those pieces done already and can email to you. I have already created a database, which I think works fine for this project. I would like this project to use the ADODC data connection object and not just the data object(Let me know if you have questions). I have the form with some basic code you can work off of. PS I can not take offers from "Randy" he helped out a classmate named Jack for this same project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2)I must have Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.(Basically I need this for a class and don't want any trouble) No code outside the scope of VB6 Followed all steps listed above. ## Platform Should work in any windows environment from win95 to XP. Must use VB 6 NOT .NET
