I need some help creating a template for a web application using Twitter Bootstrap. The web application already exists, but we are interested in updating the UI / interface so that it looks more modern and is easier for our users to navigate and operate. We have an admin template that has most of the components we want to use, but we want the page design to be more custom. We have mockups and can provide the source files from PSD, we just need help with the programming, html, css, etc side of things.
Mockup 1 (Template): This is the template we are wanting, you will notice the main part of the page is left blank, this is where the inidividual pages' content will appear.
Mockup 2 (Page Example): This is just for example only, showing the template in use with a mockup of one of the page's content.
This project is the beginning step, all we need is the template, which consists of the header, navigation, and the footer. The main content of the page will vary based on which page of our application it is, so those will be later steps. We will possibly need help with that too, but initially we are just bidding the overall page template. If you have interest in the future steps, please indicate in your bid. The existing application uses php/mysql and basically we would just be using the new UI elements for the same functions that currently exist.
