DNS's expert - Different ips delifvery for websites

Hello, I need you to teach me and implement a way where i could use my 100 domains content on my hosting in such a way that the domains when you ping it to have 100 different ips but the content to be taken from 1 ip. I mean when I ping each of these domains to see different ips classes, but the content to remain on the same host. I am not a DNS expert bvut i figgure it this way. 1. to use a personal dns, for all of the domains, like an ip, that will delivere then random ip's to visitors or 100 different ips ( free hosts ips) 2. to make the sites that way that when i ping the sites each of the domains to take 1 small file from other domains in such a way that the IP of the domain will be shown as the ip from where i take that small part ( like a 1 pixel picture for example ) and the all main content of all domain to exist on my host ( 1 ip ) but to show all the different ips Looking forward for your opinions ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
