Computer Game Replay Saver

I am looking for a program that will monitor a file that is automatically created. When a game of Blizzard's ''Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne" is played and completed, a file called ''[login to view URL]'' is created. What I want the program to do is monitor this file. When the file is created, I want it renamed using information from within that file. I want each player's names extracted and the file renamed to something similar of ''Player 1 vs Player 2''. I also want the program customizable. I want to be able to change what the file is renamed to. Including the date the file was created, player names, player races, etc. Another option I would like is the ability to choose whether or not both player names are saved. For example, if I am using the name ''Adam'' and my opponent's name is ''Chris'', I would like the option of renaming the file to ''vs Chris''. There are a few other options I want included, but nothing drastic. These are the main ones. We can discuss what options you can incorporate. At the time we will decide on a fair price for the program as I am not exactly sure how much a program of this degree would cost. I would very much like to discuss details and I am VERY open to price negotiation as this particular program is something I have been desperately interested in for quite some time. I also have access to some programs that generally do what I want. However, they are not as customizable as I would like. I can send these programs to you to be used as an example. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Vista
