Automated Blog Script

I currently blog content from my many sites and post it on my many blogs and the manual process is tedious and time consuming so I am looking for a script to automate it like this:

-You provide me with an interface either on my PC or control panel on the web

-I log on to the interface with a list of say 20 spaces where I enter the URLs to blog from and 20 corresponding URLs to post blogs,

-I enter necessary passwords to access blogs

-I indicate how many pages to blog from each site

-I indicate how many pages/minute to blog until all pages are blogged. (the sites are big, 1300-127500 pages, so your script must be fast)

-I hit submit or start and the script goes out and blogs content from listed URLs and posts it to appropriate blogs

- Script pauses for a specified time after posting blogs (like 20 minutes) and then submits blog URLs to [url removed, login to view] to update blog directories

-Script submits source URLs for each site to Google’s “add URL??

-Scrip runs several “blog and post?? jobs at once until all are done

-Script tracks which URLs are blogged and when, and alerts user if attempt is made to blog same URL before a certain duration has past (say 7 days)

All blogs are already set up; all are hosted on Google’s [url removed, login to view] so the blog ULRs will be [url removed, login to view] dotcom where sitetoblog refers to my blog name. From the website domain the script should follow the sitemap index to inner pages until all pages or a specified number of pages on domain are blogged. Please ask clarifying questions before you bid if anything is not absolutely clear.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
