A couple of Magento tasks

Hi! I have a Magento site I need to make a couple of changes to. Firstly, the customer account page doesn't have any of the normal navigation, but I can't remember where I took it out! I need it to go back in ;) Just the normal one with 'Address Book', 'My Orders' and so on. The other one relates to a custom extension I had developed. It is a proofing system, and it sends an email to the customer when their proof is uploaded. But the email doesn't have a link to the proof, I'd like to have one included. I don't have a lot of documentation for the extension, so I understand this might not be completely straightforward.
