combine multiple HTML pages with languages

enclosed is a 4 page tutorial 1. Make it 1 file with switches (div show / hide) 2. There are 3 languages there and a loader - merge them too and make it load by country - i.e. use item.innerHTML="blah blah" based on language 3. Make sure it works on all major browsers 4. while loading all picture objects show a rotating thingy 5. include the email collection fields
