I'm looking for someone can create a small app to take picture of Qrcode (number) and read on the database of my website if this Qrcode exist if he exit on the app we can see the name and last name of client who have this number of card (qrcode). this app need to link of the data base of my website. if the store dont have internet. we want create a log file and when he have internet send the log to my database or someone can donwload the log file directly on the tablette but need a password for donwload the log. and everytime he scan his card on store he can win 10 points on this store for exemple. and on wordpress we can see a page of the customer where is log in he can see page name "points" and he can see point of eache store store A 50points.... sotre b 10points......... if you need more explication ask me.
