add navigation function to android gps map

I have mapdroyd 1.1 installed on my car pc android with buillt in off line gps module this gps map software is not with navigation function ps. navigation function can make , user can find street, city and the gps map software can show driver how to drive to that adress or city I am looking for a programmer who can add such navigation function to that android gps map.
