I intend on having a website developed, where users can provide feedback on the experiences with their landlord and also some useful information / links for people looking into renting a new place. The site will be in German.
I would like to develop the concept of the site with you. The deliverable for this project is the specification, principle design and costing for implementation.
The site will be hosted on GoDaddy, so CMS available there can be used. I would assume that using a CMS will cost less than developing it from scratch.
I will award this bid to 2-3 bidders and the implementation to the preferred solution.
This is a personal project, so funds are limited (total cost for entire project is less than USD 600).
