We need an app that will scan social media based on specific key word searches. We want to retrieve all comments which contain the specific keyword. Once the comments are retrieved, we would like to group them into positive, negative, or neutral comments. (The grouping will be done manually). The app will periodically scan the media for new mentions. Once a new phrase that includes the keyword appears, the app will send an alert.
