Customization social php -mysql site

Hi, my site is written in PHP and using MySQL. (social engine - similar to joomla and wordpress) It is very well written and easy to expand or customize. I have done some customizations and need some enhancements to be done. It's a list of about 14 items of easy to moderate difficulty to implement. The site is similar to facebook and allows pet accounts to be created under parent accounts. Take a look at the requirement list below in detail. I am looking for a developer who is experienced and writes proper & correct code that is expandible and object oriented when required in php. Portal Page * No, visitors must sign in to view the main portal page. 5. currenly we are using [login to view URL] for maps and want to replace with google maps and googlemaps suggestions. in order to find places more accurately. 6. allow adding pets of same name - unique identifier should be petname_parentname 7. Pet species : Allow to enter Other and the user will type in the species. Currently is only by drop down. 8. Race choice : Clean Race or mixed (choose mixed should not show Race drop down) 9. Add parent photo and link next to pet photo in profile page. 10. Also should be addable and editable in pet profile page. 13. during registration add the option "Pet Shops" as profile type. 14. Breed Classifieds: the new post and reply message should be sent in petidbook My Mesages > inbox as well as in e-mail. Currently it only goes to email. 15. Dsiplay Parent name under pet info.
