Hello, I am running Linux Dahdi 2.4, Asterisk 1.6 and FreePBX 2.8. What I need is when an agent hangs up on a caller coming in from a Queue, I need the call to be redirected to a survey. If you already have this done, I will buy it. If not, I am envisioning that when a caller is redirected, he she will be played a series of messages/announcements and then have the opportunity to enter the appropriate response press 1-5. This info should be saved to the MySQL DB along with a date stamp and the extension number of the agent. As I said this is just what I am thinking, if you have a better idea, I am all ears.
