Custom CRM Solution

YOU MUST BE US BASED PURPOSE The purpose of this internal tool (with some external functionality) is to manage our customers. I have a number of mockups that I can show once we chat but this will be for account management and report management DESIGN All of the designs are completed. The design will be built off of this theme - [login to view URL] SECTIONS OF CRM SYSTEM Account Management - This section will replace the current SugarCRM system which will allow you to manage our current client data. This will hold anything related to the account - address information, service information, billing information, Google Places Information, Login Information, Notes, website information, additional contacts, tickets..etc. This spreadsheet has a tab that has a lot of the data elements on it and some of the relationships between account and the other functionality (1 to many). There has been no data structure created for this. You will be able to build this as you like. [login to view URL] Reporting - We will be automating a lot of the current reporting we are doing for our clients. This will include integrating Google Analytics, & SEOMoz and possibly other 3rd party information. - Account Management, Reporting, Ticket system - Start March 1st - Completed by April 1st
