Convert Flash to Flex

I have completed a series of five flash modules, which are being used as e-learning courses on AWS. These are accessed via the web, but they are also setup as Windows exe files for desktop use. Each module runs about 90 minutes with audio. They are converted to flash with Adobe Presenter 7 (AS3). They contain interactive hyperlinks (swf), audio, Q&A, all are powerpoint converted to the flash with Presenter 7. I would like to do one as a proto-type to convert it for cross-platform with Adobe Air or Flex. I am looking for suggestions on the best format. Now it is effectively confined to Windows desktops or systems permitting flash (IOS and recent Android prohibit flash). I am looking for an assessment as to the practicality of using cross-platform for IOS and Android versions and the degree of difficulty to make revisions to a finished product to reflect updates. How easily would an update be. I welcome your comments and will make a sample available to you if you are interested. I can provide a user and password to access on AWS.
