Hi ... I can do this work. Although your budget is to low but I can do it for 55$. But with 55$ I will do coding part only. For report and all, the budget will be between 90-100$. I have taken ANN in my MS work and done a similar thing as my mini-project. This work is easy but lengthy and time taking.
