Change some in contact-form and make it secure

Hi, Iam creating a new prototyp for my company site and ive done a simple contactform from a script. I want a someone that knows php and html5 to look into it , make it work 100% and to be secure for sql injection attacks. This is a small project and quite simple thou Ive made most of the form and all around. (Everything is already coded and small changes needed in it) The form needs to be fixed in: 1. Correct the posting in order (name,email, adress, telefon, org number, select class,select class and message. 2. Add a extra field with validated post nr (number field of 5 numbers). 3. Google code need to be implemented on the custom response site for when the form is validated and sent to be able to track it. 4. The form need the be changed so its secure against sql injections. 5. Add the utf-8 so the Swedish letters known as (å,ä,ö) is showing in the mail sent by the form. 6. Fix the buggs that arise if any. This project shouldn't take more than 1 hour (max 2) for a person that knows php and html5 good. The php file, google code and the prototype adress will be sent to bid winner of this project.
