I've attached a few screenshots of a couple of CRMs that I already use, but are way too complex for my needs. The CRM I need has the following basic functions: - should be web based - 3 levels of access: administrator, agent, Virtual Assistant (VA) - able to connect with MailChimp or a similar email marketing service - able to connect with Google Apps - secure This would be the workflow needed to be captured by this CRM: 1. VA inputs leads ; see screenshot attached for the structure of the database 2. VA assigns the lead to various action plans (created in advance by the admin) 3. VA assigns lead to an agent 4. VA cannot delete or download data 5. Agent can see only contact information for leads assigned to him 6. Agent cannot delete or download data 7. Administrator creates action plans which consist of a series of emails that would be send at certain intervals to the certain clients 8. Administrator can download and delete data
