Blogpost submit script (18+)

I am looking for a script / website that can do the following: * webmasters need to create a profile / login with basic info: username / password / e-mail / url of their blog * webmasters can submit their individual blogposts / pages * the script takes title / description / keywords / picture from their post OR let the webmaster submit those themselves * the script must check for a recip link on the submitted page * there should be a toplist of the sites / users that have submitted the most posts * listings must be archived in monthly archives * visitors must have the ability to rate the listings (voting system / unique IP) * visitors must have the ability to leave comments on the listings * admin needs to either approve or reject the listing * after approval / denial, a message should be send to the submitter / webmaster * admin needs to approve / reject comments that have been placed by visitors The script must be written in HTML / PHP / MySQL and it should be easy to adjust the layout/design.
