We are looking for someone who can develop a basic Samsung Smart TV app the the following requirements:

1. create the app / GUI

2. live tv & VOD streaming section

3. we use wowza media server to stream our contents (live and vod) so HTTP, RTMP is available

4. use the samsung SDK to develop and please document the entire script

5. should be able to add channels & vod contents using a web browser

Channel app must work with new Samsung Smart TV's & players. Product must work in full before final payment is made.
