Add topic-targeting to my OpenX Ads on my website

Hi... This is my first project here at Freelancer.com. I presented it a couple weeks ago then ran out of time to process it. I apologize for that. I am now re-presenting it. When I first presented it I combined the 4 tasks I needed into one project. This time I will present them separately and work with a freelancer on one at a time. Here is the first task: *OpenX Server Wrap-up: My website is built with custom coding (it doesn't use Wordpress, Joombla, etc.) My last coder set it up display ads using the OpenX server. These are custom ads for my advertisers (the ads are not served by OpenX; I'm using OpenX to serve ads that I create). I can easily set up ads on my OpenX server. But I need to tie each ad to one or more topics on my website and have the ads only display alongside articles that match the topic(s). I think this means using Source Parameter. My site covers a dozen topics. I need to have a freelancer set up these topics in OpenX so that I can assign one or more topics to each ad. Also, I would like to learn how to make ads display in more than one place on my site. (If it's easy and quick, maybe my freelancer could install one or two more locations for me.)
