copy website to another server and slight changes

Hello I need someone to copy one of my sites to another server then change the name to the new domain wherever the old name exists and then ensure the email that users send from the site go to the new admin email and not the old one..and also ensure the updating the site still works via my admin panel...that's [login to view URL] name of the site I want copied is aaawebuyhouses..
