clone of voyeurweb picture submission and publishing system

This is an adult content project for picture submission and publishing. It can be described as a clone(with some modifications) of what is used on voyeurweb.com. DESCRIPTION: 1. After user has submitted pictures the entry will be put under "review" and an admin system shall be used. Admininistrator will look through the pages created by users in "admin-mode." If "accept" is clicked by administartor the page goes "live." 4. The page needs to have footer and header (php include [login to view URL] for example) that is possible to edit for ad purposes. RANKING AND COMMENT SYSTEM: On the bottom of the page. For example: [login to view URL] I want both: 1) The ranking system 1-5. But remember, the aggregate results would only be seen by admin in admin area. So an average score of 3.5 or 1.1 would only be shown to admin, not to users of site. 2) The possibility to make a comment. A comment box and when you click "submit" your comment is added to the bottom of the page. It should look somewhat like this: [login to view URL] Thumbnail creating should be done with something common that is on all servers like imagemagick or similar. The main page needs to divide the content after the day it was submitted.
