COUPON/DEAL SITE NEEDED -URGENT

We are looking for experienced Designer/Programmers who can create a website similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and so forth. We would need a site and blog implementation with custom cms backend utility where it would allow us to edit, add, remove any categories, deals, coupons, articles, users and so forth. We have samples of such utility which we can go into later. We will need toi implementing merchant api datafeeds from 5 major advertisers, same as from what most coupon site use. We all merchant api call documentation and instructions. We also have a domain, logo and theme images ready to go. Need to complete this project within 30-45 days.
