Add search design to Wordpress site. Also tweak a few things on site.

My site is [login to view URL] we are looking to add a search by state and city to look something like this. The US part and potentially the canada part in the future. Heres the copy site. [login to view URL] Any search fields on the site should also be by state and city as well. The "craigslist" clone part should work with the themes widgets so it can be adjust from the back end at anytime.
