Add Shoutbox to my website

Hello I need a chatbox/shoutbox on my member website. However it shouldnt be a normal one added into the website as i dont have room for it on all pages, and i need it to be available to all pages. So ive come up with the solution to have it as a floating object in the left/right side of the website, that can be hidden. So what i need: 1. Simple Chatbox/shoutbox (Chatting enabled when logged into website) 2. Add a semi-transperant logo at the side named (Chat), which when you click, it will slide out so the full chatbox is available, you should also be able to make it slide back in so its hidden again. This way its available on all pages, without disturbing people on the site. Thanks
