Convert a HTML website to Open Realty

Main tasks. - Convert my current html real estate website to Open Realty so that it is easier to manage the back end. - Add and Edit property Lets me add multiple photos and edit the size, price, location, district, type (3rm, 4rm etc.), condo name. - The present design is to be maintained. - Search and Sort function - Search function need to display text based results and small thumbnails. - Sort function to allow users to sort by Categories. Example by Price, Size, Location, District, Type (3rm, 4rms etc). - Account creation for users. - Add to Cart function (No payment gateway, just email me at checkout) Details: When user searches for properties -> A list of properties results are returned -> “Add to Cart” and check out (“Checking out” emails me the list of their shortlisted properties) - Add a page “Property Prices” that retrieves data from this link ([login to view URL]) and displays on my own website, if it is possible. - Add a Mortgage calculator on the main page.
