Looking for a developer for a niche networking site based on user interaction. The front end design is ready, the back end needs to be developed.
Users from the website should have the ability to
a.) Register for an Account,
b.) Create their profile,
c.) Upload Video (any format), have this encoded and transcoded online, like with YouTube or [url removed, login to view], and readily available in Flash Video Format or Quicktime format,
d.) Rating System,
e.) Send Messages / Comments to one another.
f.) Post classifieds
An Admin Panel is needed to track registered members. Also need to be able to shut off user accounts, administer and intervene in community fights and crisis's, as well as tend to flagged content (eg. Pornographic material, copyrighted material, etc).
