Basic upload interface for Amazon S3

We're looking to get something built that will act as a web-based interface for uploading client artwork to an Amazon S3 site. We have the security key information and can provide it to the selected developer. Project Requirements Develop a web-based interface that allows a user to select a local file from their computer (PDF, ZIP or SIT) and upload it to our S3 webspace. Upon upload, the interface should send an email to our art director letting him know that new art has been uploaded. Our clients will upload high resolution PDF files or Zipped (ZIP or SIT) folders. On our end, we'll be using the S3Fox application to retrieve the file. The client-facing interface should be simple and reliable, showing some progress as the file uploads and an indication that the file was successfully uploaded. The client should not be able to download or delete any files once they are uploaded.
