I want a website which will be an online community for app users and developers 1- it would allow the posting of new app ideas, once an app has been seen by a developer he can bid for that idea, which is similar to RAC in a away, in this case my website gets a percenatge of the bid amount, which we will discuss later, the idea can be also be rated, so if you like it you can give it a thums up or a thumbs down if you ont like it, or post a comment. 2- It would have discussion boards for developers. 3- Favourite apps section 4 - category, of different operating systems, clicking on each category would take you to its respective page, or pages, wher you will see all the apps beloging to taht operating system, in here you can buy aps, that people have built, again i get a percentage of the sale price. 5- you can also list free apps, for sale 6- different categories - Favourite apps The payment method would be paypal ## Deliverables This website woudl allow the selling o aps,as well as app ideas, also apps can be listed which? are free and users can download. it requires a login system as welas a payment method which will be paypal. I would require a mockup design of the site and how? you would arrange everything together before i can choose a bid
