A complete Drupal 6.0 theme for a vertical portal

A theme for Drupal 6.0 is needed for a portal dedicated to a certain type of para-legal procedure (called fieldXXX). The portal will contain following sections: * fieldXXX step by step, * News * Articles * Books about fieldXXX * fieldXXX related law * Links (other pages) * Database of professionals in fieldXXX * Presentations * Forums & discussion * Contact The design can be with one or two sidebars, should be very modern and professional, exuding dynamism, professionalism and confidence. A site logo will be provided to the successful bidder - the colors & icons used should be harmonized with it. The name of the field of law in question would be provided to the successful bidder for better orientation in the target group. The theme should support multiple languages - site will start with English & Polish, further languages might be added. Theme should make it easy to add another language. No need to know Polish - if any translation will be needed (like buttons etc.) we'll provide it. We expect some ideas to choose from to be presented to us in step 1 before going forward with the development of the full theme. ## Deliverables 1) Complete theme ready to be used in an .[login to view URL] archive ready to be unpacked in the themes directory of a Drupal 6 installation. *(Clarification added after first bids: this is not a software development project, the deliverable here is a theme for Drupal 6. More about themes in Drupal here: <[login to view URL]>.* *We need such a theme for our site - as it is written above, a .[login to view URL] or .zip archive that can be unzipped in a Drupal 6 installation's themes directory and be immediately usable.)* 2) All the CSS and other files should be commented in a way that would allow us to tweak it and keep it up to date with subsequent Drupal releases/updates. 3) List of all used graphic files with a clear statement of their copyright status - icons images etc. used must be either free/GPL etc. or custom designed (ownership must be then passed to us). 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. & EU Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. except icons mentioned above - unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Drupal 6.0 with MySQL.
