add-on plus adjustments to site

Hi, I have a small gym locator site here in Denmark and I need some things added to the site. You can see the site here: [login to view URL] I want the following added: 1. A box the shows the 20 newest profiles, that has been submitted. Gyms and personal trainer profiles. And when you on one of the profiles in the box you will be taken to their profil pages. I would like to have some icons that indicates whether its a gym or personal trainer profile. 2. All google banners shall be removed from all headers. (I think there's 3 headers) 3. facebook logo? is moved a bit to the right. 4. Menu bar is moved up and stretched to both sides. Please make sure that a banner is able to fit in the top of the page. I've have made a sketch of it all. Please see attached file. It shows the things that needs to be done.
