Database and Images Migration(easy)

I have a social network database and I would like to migrate the members information and the images to the new script. I need this project completed quickly. I am looking to develop a good relationship with an expert in this field, I have had bad experiences on RAC however if I find a coder that can do this project I will give him all of my projects requiring this kind of work. I have around 10 other projects like this one so the coder that pulls this project off will get those projects. You will be migrating the database to Osdate.
