Daily Deals Website and IPHONE/ANDROID APP

Need a daily deal website and app created, location based. Businesses/website adminstrator should be able to add deal, image, video. Users come in and register with email address and city, user can sign up to receive deals from multiple cities. Deals can be received via email, text or from APP. Deals will have a claim period and an expiry period. Claims should be tracked, use of the deal should be tracked. URGENT NEED THIS STARTED AND COMPLETED ASAP. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO FIRMS WHICH HAVE EXPERIENCING IN DEVELOPING APPS AND DAILY DEAL SITES.
