Copy site content into new template

I have a collection of 200 pages. I would like the page content of each to be copied and pasted into a template file. The template file will then be renamed to the origional file name. The goal is to take the content of the start with the old 200 pages and then end up with a new 200 pages with the same content but in a template. The content to be copyed is clearly marked with comments in each page. The area where it should be pasted is clearly marked in the template. This is a cut and paste job. Very simple just boring work. It is in addition to any other amendments posted earlier. The template is 3 columns , the middle column has the main content. When the middle content is much less than the left or right the content is centering in the page. As we need this done quickly we are going to use this fix. Where the middle content is very low we will be adding a table to make it the correct size. The center should be the largest of the 3 columns by about 150 - 250 pixels (approx. just guess) Here is an example: After content is pasted, check page. Man this web site is antiquated and buggy :) Anyway, here is what is missing. For the pages that have nothing wrong with them except the center content is to short I want you to add a empty table to the end of the content and adjust the table height so that the center content becomes 150-250pix larger than the other columns. If there are other issues besides this then follow the paste URL into a .txt file procedure.
