CodeIgniter & WAMP Webpages

I am trying to create a website for a basketball contest. This website is also for me to learn PHP and MySQL with CodeIgniter and WAMP. Therefore the deliverables must be be highly commented and describe part of the code. This bid request is for the login and register pages and there is potential for future work if I like the style and completeness of the code. Register Page requirements: Full Name User Name Password Email Address Re-Captcha [Submit] I will also need the website to send an automatic email confirmation to the user's email address for the user to verify before their account becomes active. This code MUST USE CodeIgniter and WAMP. I will need a full set of comments and instructions for the configuration for the various CI folders, email settings, etc. Upon accepting the bid, I will provide the database name and table for the inserts. I will need a total of 3 pages. 1. Homepage - login boxes for username and password, link to register page. 2. Register - Prompt user for the information above. Upon submit, the user receives an email to confirm their email address. In the email, the user should receive a link to confirm their email address and to activate their account. 3. Members Only Area - Display the user's information and give the user the ability to update their user information. I am not very concerned with graphics, but basic colors and designs would be nice. This is needed ASAP so I will be selecting a coder when I find one that I like.
