Code 3 simple PHP pages

We have an existing PHP site with a MySQL database. There are three pages which have yet to be coded and need someone to work on them immediately and very urgently to finish it fast. It involves some very simple Paypal buttons and displaying database data - not very difficult stuff. Please read through the attached document for full details and instructions, and feel free to ask any questions. I will send you the files to work on and upload them myself onto our server - there are a few other developers working on other parts of the site and I don't want this interfering or going wrong.
